Whether managing horses or people,
establishing trust and mutual respect is the
key to all successful relationships.

Just as with humans, a horse's behavior is
a reflection of the person who leads it.

It has to be the horse's idea... creating an
environment of confidence rather than force
is the best catalyst for change.

Horses are flight animals with a strong sense of
self-preservation.  Make them feel safe and they
can do their job. People are no different.

Using force can create resistance and
aggression. "Less" is often "more".
